2018年、平成最後の年に創業したHeadhunting Agentには、ブランドも実績もありませんでした。
ただ、目の前の人材と企業に対して「もっと良い出会いを実現したい」という強い想いだけがありました。
あの頃は、まさに “Fake it till you make it” の世界。
信頼を得るために、知恵とスピード、そして行動力で挑み続けました。
あれから7年。
私たちは数多くの候補者のキャリアに変革をもたらし、企業の中枢を担うポジションに最適な人材を届けてきました。
これはもはや「始まり」ではありません。今、第二章が始まったのです。

We started with no legacy — just purpose.
Founded in 2018, the final year of the Heisei era, Headhunting Agent had no brand, no track record — just a strong will to serve people better through executive search.
In those early days, we lived the truth behind “Fake it till you make it” — moving fast, thinking boldly, and delivering with all we had.
Now, seven years later, we've supported countless career transformations and filled mission-critical positions for Japan’s top companies.
This is no longer the beginning. It’s Chapter Two.
With the trust of clients and candidates behind us, we now embark on the next phase: a more ambitious, more meaningful journey — one where we create lasting value and legacy.
